I am having trouble with a guest review that has been posted as the guest vehemently denies leaving the review as he was driving at the time the review was left.
The guest has also spoken to Booking.com and advises me that he told them he hadn't left the review. I also have a recorded message from him to that effect. I have contacted Booking.com but have been told that the review must remain and have since left them 3 messages asking them to contact the guest to find out what has happened and to look in to this.
Is there anything else I can do? I can't respond to the review as the guest didn't leave any comments and the scores do not match the guests comments in the Visitors Book and are out of line with my usual scores.
