    Hi there! I think you can only achieve this by closing your apartment on every Sunday but you will lose out on bookings of 2 weeks of more - I cannot think of any another way!

    Why not work out all your costs and charge the room accordingly? For example if you could hire someone to check your guest in than that is a cost...

    I also think you could email your guests when they book letting them know that Suturday and Sunday that you are available. You could give them 24 or 48 hours to cancel reservation free of charge. and etc...

    There is an easier way.

    Contact BDc via message and ask them to add the "No arrival / No departure " boxes to your calendar . Then you just check all the dates you don't want arrivals.

    @Francescatodiego With minimum 7 nights stay policy, you also can set Close to departure and close to arrival on other day that you don't want guest to check-in/check out.

    @Wightgal Yes, this also help to put notice important note but most of the time guest will not read this information and Booking.com system still allow guest to book. After hotel received booking have to contact guest again to amend or cancel which will take time and cause bad reputation to hotel.

    But I still recommend that we should add information on important note anyway.

    Bandara Group.  If you have the No Arrival and No Departure boxes added to your calendar. Provided you set It up properly,  It is not possible for a Guest to make a booking that contravenes these terms.
