Hello,
I have listed my property on Booking.com and I am waiting for the verification code to receive but I dont know when I am gonna get it.
Is there any other way to verify by calling or by email so I can list it a bit quicker?

There is another thread on exactly this.
However, speaking for my location in the world, you can list and be bookable before the final verification code arrives by post.
This may vary by region?
Dears, let me share my experience regarding verification. After listing our apartment we were able to get bookings immediately. On the home page after entering into extranet however we had a reminder that a verification code has been sent to our apartment.
There is no description about the verification process so we did not know how it works and what to expect. But we knew we wil lhave a problem for sure because our apartment has no letter box. So no postal letters would be delivered. We immediately wrote a message to booking.com that the postal address is in an office 200m away from the apartment under a different address. We receive electricity bills there as well. So they should use this address too. We have not received an answer, so we repeated our message and request. After a couple of months our apartment suddenly became blocked. Than via chasing a lot of calls we got a video identification call and our apartment has been verified via this live call and reopened again without using mail sending of verification code.
I think -Dear Booking.com- it would make sense to warn shortly on extranet what shall user do about verification code if there is no letter box in the apartment. Just 1-2sentence is enough or a tickbox to opt for video ident/personal meeting. Thanks and best Noemi
Hi! I'm having the same problem right now..After listing our units, pop up message appeared on the screen and it says "VERIFICATION PORTAL". Honestly, I am not comfortable because I'm not the owner but instead, I'm just a host. I really don't know what to do...

I listed my property last week and received an email the same day apparently giving me the code. I went through all my emails and couldn’t find it, so pressed the” I haven’t received the email” button and the message came up that it would take up to 11 days to receive it by post. So frustrating and I can’t find any local support team numbers to phone to ask for help

i have registered my property before a long period but i didnt get my verification code and its gone to become a headache for me please do something to verify my property i didnt have a post box near me its more than 1 km far from my location
My hotel is in a location where it is impossible to receive post. How does it work this way? For example island resorts with no postal service? There is 0 information given by booking.com regarding this and I'm finding it impossible to even get an email address to ask them about it. Where is their customer support?! Or do they just host a forum whereby their own clients have to resolve things themselves?
Our experience is detailed 6posts above. In a nutshell: you can still run your apartment for a couple of weeks, perhaps months while chasing boooking.com for an alternative way of verification. Finally we got a video identification call and our apartment has been verified via this live call.
is there anyway of contacting anybody at booking.com by phone please very frustrated re verification code we have no postal address we are in the campo in Spain.

have a look in your extranet account.
Under "Inbox" / "Booking.com Messages", there you will see a contact box on the right. Hopefully, yours will also have contact telephone numbers for your region there.
