    Hello Andrew - etal - 

    I just signed up (New Host w/Booking) and was notified that a close family member had passed away. Well in route I received 2 bookings and had to cancel due to the family loss. Needless to say I was CHARGED for both cancelled bookings - Again this was only due to the death in my family and being out of state.

    I have called and "BLOCKED" all further bookings from this - might I say fly-by-night (shyster) site!!! AirBnB is soooo much better and Host/user friendly!

    Good luck to all out there who are willing to put up with their $$$hit.
