    For quick processing, will try the English version now:  

    You would like to change the name of your accomodation if I understand correctly.

    You can request that.

    BDC doesn't want people to change titles without their consent so they control that part. 

    You can login via Extranet to Inbox to type in your question. Or via the helpdesk, the yellow circle, or contact your local office. Wishing you Success

    Dear Aaltje B. ,

    Thanks for replying. Sorry for the confusion, what I meant to say was that I want to change my legal company's name (with is currently Individual Entrepreneur Enfernee) to Tropical Group N.V. (the name I want to use). Because the rentals do not belong to me. They belong to the company.

    OK, understood.

    Try as suggested before, and BDC should come back to you. 

    It is an official and important change and I don't want the risk of advising you incorrectly.

    Okay, thanks for the advise Aaltje B.

    They always take too long to reply, that is why I am asking here instead.

    I can contact them using the extranet inbox right?

    And one more question while you are replying, how can I get them to sent me another mail to confirm my location? Because I gave them the wrong address.

    Hi Enfernee

    The inbox option is a good one Enfernee. It works  the best for me when I have a question.

    And send them this address change request : the old address with the new address and they should be able to change it. 

    Have you looked into your account details or profile as well? Anything you could change there?
