How to deal with Overbooking
I responded immediately to an overbooking advising the guest but they have not responded.

The booking is for tomorrow. What do I do?
All reservations give a contact number - you should phone them as you cannot cancel the booking yourself. It is always best to also contact Booking.com to see if they can assist with moving guest to cause minimal disruptions etc to guest.
