Unable to send a message to the inbox and call the support team on the phone

Hello,

I registered myself a few days ago.

I tried to send a message to the inbox with a question, and it didn't send. the message said that there was and error, and I should try later. it didn't help.

Then I decided to call the support team. I was asked by a recorded message, to give a confirmation number, which I don't know what it is.
