I had an outstanding invoice. Booking.com froze all my listings. Once it was paid they unfroze one listing. The remaining 3 are still unlisted. Having sent proof multiple times of the payment the accounts dept is still insisting the invoice is unpaid. Having sent proof of payment multiple times they still refuse to unblock the other 3 listings. Any thoughts
Have you tried calling the customer support line?
I have the same problems here, the account people who replying online is so lazy to even check their own account properly, to rectify mistakes and keep talking about the already wrong mistake invoice they billed which already paid or deducted from payout...so frustrating.
