Please tell me how do I go about to get some constructive and efficient service from Booking.com"s Financial/Credit Control Dept.
Over the last 3 months I have had the worst service that I have had from any private company or Government organisation over the last 40 years I have successful run business. I retired last year and started a simple small guest house and use Booking.com as one of my booking portals. They are the only one that I have major problems with. I have over teh last 3 months tried to resolve simple invoicing and credit issues, all I get are arrogant messages, to my message request, they never phone back from a phone back request, either directly from me or via their partner support centers; which by the way are very helpful, but have no control on the credit side, If you phone the Credit Control given number, it never gets answered or you get a machine message advising you they cannot answer right now. Their service does not exist!!!! This is from an International company that claims it is guest and partner service orientated. The Credit Control dept obviously does not follow this.
Please tell me other partners, that I am not the only one having these problems and it is only restricted to South Africa, I know from a fact I am not only one in the RSA market, as our local tourism group have told me on numerous occasions that they also experience similar issues. so much so. that a good 30% have left Booking.com and use other portals.
The smaller guest houses in RSA, like myself, are obvious of no importance to Booking.com, they only cater of service the larger hotel groups.
Please can any one assist me in directing me to someone in the Booking.com hierarchy that has authority and is interested in helping their " partners".
