while going through guest review section we saw Mr. *** Contact No. ***. who had stayed with us from 14/02/19 to 15/02/19 through booking.com reservation no. *** had given rate 3.3/10. when we inquired with the guest by call guest told us that his stay was comfortable he had no issue and room booked by company so he mentioned. i am not aware of rating
So, we requested to inquire the guest regarding the whole incident and remove this thing because its negative impact on our business.
