Unanswered Message
I have an 'unanswered message' in my inbox that I firstly marked as No Reply Needed and when that didn't work I sent a reply to the guest. It's still marked as unanswered and I'm concerned it if affecting my Reply status.
Anyone had this or know a way of dealing with it?

I'm having the same issue. The reservation was canceled and all messages are replied, but it still shows as unanswered.
It is showing as two unanswered messages for us which is wrong as the message's show that we have answered two message to the guest's ,
Also we had a very inaccurate review from a guest some time ago , This guest named Michael even apologized to us when we contacted him and said how he made a mistake and meant the review for an Air B & B in Cork city , When i contacted Booking .com i was very disappointed when they refused to delete it , We dropped from 9.0 to 8.9 and despite many good reviews since we seem to be stuck on 8.9 since ,
