Calendar says maybe out of date?
So why does the calendar regularly keep saying: Last updated, (then gives the day befores date), maybe be out of date?
Everything is set up correct and seems a rigmarole to then get it to say all updated untill the next day, then says same thing. Surely you dont have to manually update it. I know I can "refresh" my imported calendars etc, but my concern with it saying maybe out of date is that it could mean its not working correctly and then I could end up with double booking from other sites. Anyone have any idea please?

Do you have a channel manager and it's through them that you see this?
Booking.com works 100% in real time. So I highly doubt that they only update every night etc. But I just need to check, because mine doesn't say Last Updated anywhere.

Hi. No I dont have a channel manager as I dont understand it even though I have read about it on here. Looks like it costs etc which is not what I want to do at the moment. On Calendar view it is on the right handside near the bottom under minimum advance reservation etc. There is a box with:
Last updated: 23/05/2018 ! Your calendar may be out of date
Below the calendar I can manually refresh the imported calendars.

ok so I have found one channel manager is free but my property is in the wrong country for it and I still dont understand why I need it as only have 1 property.

Oh no I was just asking about the channel manager in case. People normally get a channel manager because they advertise their rooms on multiple platforms.
I would say this is a job for Booking.com. I suggest phoning them or sending a message via the extranet.

Your calendar may be out of date
Hi Bev. Unless I FIX it temporarI'll to show updated it doesn't update bookings from other platforms meaning I could end up double booked. Every day I have to manually fix it so it's ok for next 24 hrs. Just hitting refresh on Airbnb etc doesn't update the booking.com calendar to show I have another booking on Airbnb etc
Hi Donna - Mine is updating the bookings from other platforms using my iCal links.
The Last Updated date only seems to relate to your actual calendar and prices on BDC.
I just changed a rate, and changed it back again and it's now saying up to date!
Hi so I've Don the ical links correctly but check yours again tomorrow and see if it's out of date again. So I pretty much did what you did to get it to update but every 24 hrs it goes back to not being updated
