    Oh WPowell2w  that does sound urgent.

    On your desktop, login into Extranet of Booking.com 

    Go to Inbox , or finance tab , or contact tab. 

    Or at the very bottom end under:home

    Calling is the fastest. Hopefully, they can help you soon.
