What to do when the reply option is not longer available?

Hello

I have had a few emails from a potential guest and all is good and I am waiting on them to get back to me, but because I haven't replied to their last email my response rate has dropped 30%.

I have no reply to send them and the no reply option is not available. What do I do, I can't keep sending them emails for anything as they just reply again.

Useless.

Still not a fix for a badly designed system, a simple no reply needed option that's available elsewhere would fix it.

Basicly it is a fix, because 99% of guests won't reply to this.
Also it's a difference because this is still a potential guest and not a confirmed booking. I don't see it as a badly designed system. Potential guests should not be "ignored". For example you wouldn't like the potential guest lets say based on their nationality ect.. you would just hit "no reply needed" and ignore it hoping they wouldn't book your place.
In the end you can still disable this feature if it annoys you that much.
