    Hi there,

Perhaps you can take a look at this chain:

    They really get detailed!

I agree that this is frustrating. It seems there is not much protection for hoteliers and the guest can post whatever they want..some time even revising the wrong property because they do it after few days and they obviously get confused.

    Hi Info,

So true, I have had a few of our American friends write reviews about somewhere else without them even knowing it

We get only bad rates from anonymous reviewers. It looks like they are ashamed of themselves and try not to be discovered. I got a 3,8 from an anonymous guest who accused us of hiding the additional costs, that is the cleaning fee and the city taxes, so he paid "more" than he thought, although all the costs are properly displayed on Booking.com, even if it is very small letters.

I think that Booking.com should not allow anonymous reviews. If guests want to hide, they can keep their opinion for themselves.

    Hi @Authenticbelgradecentrehostel,

    Thank you for your feedback.

I agree entirely with your comments.

It is a simple fact of life that BDC users do not read any small print or terms & conditions!

Booking.com can become the Trendsetters by disabling the capability of posting a comment under Anonymous. I am positive, this will be copied by other OTAs very soon.
