Hi, I'm having the same issue, the instructions don't really help, they just tell you the standard path to sync a calendar, but doesn't tell you anything about the link failing to connect. Was someone able to fix this issue?

Hi!

Please have in mind that sync is not in real time and double bookings can occur…

Hi M Adamopolou, yeah that is true but normally not an issue as i simply force sync.

However recently booking.com fails to import from VRBO!! and after receiving the tip from Booking.com to remove the link and reinstate it.... it now says this is not a valid ICal url.... clearly not the solution.

It seems the only way to avoid double bookings is to block the entire period and have no further bookings whatsoever...not a great fix as you can understand.

Hi Marleen,

I agree with you…not a great fix…

I personally sync my calendar every time I receive a reservation…

I have the same issue, got double booked, and now they want to charge me money for it, what great customer service, these people have.
They should model Airbnb.

This really needs to be fixed as a matter of urgency.  We are also seeing the same problem.  First, booking.com is showing "OK" for external iCal import but actually nothing is imported.  Then, when you remove the connection and try to re-configure it you get an error that "this is not a valid ICal url".

I also have the same problem. The iCal link is valid (if you copy-paste the link in any browser, it successfully downloads the file), so it seems, the problem is in the booking.com system. Is there any representative from booking who can explain this.....? Or is booking not participating in this forum?

I have the same issue. Booking does not provide a simple solution.

I have my Ical calendar (import/ export) synced with every platform, with no issue at all.

Seems like it's blocked by booking.con firewall.

Please in mind that sync is not in real time thus double bookings can occur.

Wish you a nice day.
