Cancelling my advert

I want to cancel my advert, I think is one of the hardest sites i have ever navigated and nothing works properly i have entered some details 3 or 4 times and they are still incorrect its as if the site does what it wants. I just want to cancel and like everything else on this site i cant find any information on how to do it.

How this site has survived is beyond me!

This site survived by having very patient hosts, who made Booking #1 in the world :)

What details did you enter? Make a screenshot of the "incorrect" you are getting and post here.

Try to download Pulse App, it's easier than Extranet. If you really want to cancel your listing, just switch off the calendar. And view your property on site, not on extranet, to make sure it's off.

Afternoon. We have just listed our villa today but rate I put in is much different to what it states when guest go to book. How can I change this please?

1) click on menu above Rates - - - > Calendar - - - > Bulk edit. Set period of time, click Close

Or easier! 2) click on menu above Rates - - - > Open/Close rooms. Set period of time, click Close

Then check if your dates are closed on site (can take some time to update). Last screen shot. Click on visual image "properties". It will bring from Extranet to Booking site. See, if you dates are not available anymore

Not everyone is a computer wizz, Strangey, but it took some time to get my head around it too. But getting there now. With the help of the team.

It is definitely not the easiest website I came across, and there is still lots of room for improvement. And that is what we are trying to request and create.

By writing tips, tricks and ideas we'll get there.

Many people will come here being frustrated, because what they only need is button "Delete listing". Or "unlist" as Airbnb does. That option of closing or unlisting listing for a period of time all respectful sites do have. But Booking is hard to understand both technically and as human being.

If you really need to close your listing (and relationship with Booking), the proper way of doing it is by writing to Booking with the note "I want to close my listing". See:

7. TERM, TERMINATION AND SUSPENSION
7.1 Unless agreed otherwise, this Agreement shall commence on the date hereof for indefinite period of time. Each Party may terminate this Agreement
at any time and for any reason, by written notice to the other Party with due observance of a notice period of 14 days.

Aaltje B. You are right. Some people just want others to do their job. I like trying and trying again and again. Especially in our age it helps Alzheimer's from coming in our door....ha!ha!ha!

Strangey is right! We have been in the airbnb business for 5 years and this site sucks. It should not be this hard to navigate. Then someone suggests mail in your request lol. How antiquated is that? So the reason i found this post is i want to remove my property because after 2 years of being here, we never got a booking and then we just get one and again this site sucks just to see details. We are simply trying to remove property because we sold it and we will figure it out but it shouldn't be this damn hard!

Thank you Kasabnbfetroit, what amazes me is you would think they would help there customers not insult or ridicule them, all the advertising they are doing and the basics are shite! Patience is nice but the competitors don’t ask for patience or insult, still haven’t been able to cancel my advert, it’s ridiculous. It makes me chuckle

Since this is only a Partner Community you have to resend your message request through your Extranet inbox directly to BDC….
