Guest history of behaviour

Hello,

We are expecting a guest next month in France, and she has booked to stay with us whilst she looks for houses. She was unpleasant to an estate friend of mine and I wondered if she is like it with everyone. She appears to have a bad attitude when communicating with people and when she is offered information, her attitude seems to be, why are you bothering? I'm quite happy to let her do her own thing; we don't pester the guests to interact etc, we take their lead.

Is there anyway I can find out if she has stayed with Booking.com previously? I don't want to have a guest who is going to be difficult from the start.

Thanks

Hi

the simple answer is no and you shouldn't care either. We take the bad with the good. you don't get to screen and nick pick guests.

You can only enforce policies as a workaround.
