She looks very sweet and cuddly ! That's great you adopted her. Was she a rescue ?
100 % Cancellation rate ?? that's a huge loss. Maybe during your slow time add a no refund cancellation policy ? Hope things pick back up for you :) :) Our Winter season for the most part was pretty slow. Not much to do in the winter here accept ski..We got by but not what I was expecting. We are only about a mile from a popular ski area, and the winter was pretty cold but not as snowy as years past. But now it has picked back up considerably... so far for the next couple of months, more on the weekends so far though.
I have missed everyone the past few months. Glad to be back on here. I do not find a lot of conversations going on am I missing something... The forum page looks different lol.
Hello to all.. It's been a very long time since I was on last. Extremely busy !!
Land House Deva ~ That is a great question. I would too love to hang something like that in our reception area. I believe it would be great for guests to see this.
Hope everyone is doing well !! Glad to be back on.
Haven't baked the kourambiedes yet, have to go to the store to get the ingredients. I cannot wait to make them. I will post a photo when I do make them :) I have told some of my friends that I am making these this year, they cannot wait to try them.
Happy Birthday to your granddaughter ! That's a great idea using the cookie cutters for the sandwiches.
Holidays are a wonderful time to get together. A lot has happened with the family this year.. wonderful things actually. So much to celebrate on New Years Eve.
Have a wonderful night (day) ! Closing for the night.
Yes Deleting one accommodation unit, go to property tab click on room details you will find each unit and click delete. You can only do this if the unit is not booked at any point. If you do have present future bookings already, just put 0 on total room availability from the date of last booking you have. At that point then you can delete it.... hope this helps
For me Christmas Eve all the way... I am cooking and baking all day (along with work, lol) for Christmas Day dinner with the entire family. Love to cook and bake. Cannot wait to see our 5 sons with their wife/girlfriends and our Grandchildren with the excitement on the kids faces, you know Santa stops here as well. Just love Christmas time !! Although for us here in the US we are in the Northeast, very cold and I only look forward to snow on Christmas Eve only..
New Years Eve.. most years since we've had our children we would just stay home and celebrate with them. Now they are older we have gone out to dinner and dancing with friends. This year going to host a New Years Eve party right here with my staff.
I haven't had to contact the police yet... (touch wood). We try very hard not to involve the police, it does not look good for other guests to have to see the police. And we try to do this without making the other guests feel uncomfortable or afraid. We want all of guests to feel and know they are very safe.
I do have my husband (does not work here) & maintenance men here, that were more than willing to help me if I needed them. They were watching (closely) just in case :)
