I got an invoice today for this week's payment so let us see when the money is paid......I hope the glitches are now sorted.
Todani did you phone them as well? And ask them to send a message on extranet once you finished your call with them to have a paper trail
Same here. I still have invoice doc problems but hopefully, it will be sorted by them too soon.
I do hope everybody else also get sorted.........this was a very scary situation and very frustrating not getting answers.

Rebecca same here Blamed my bank account as well as my bank. I had to send a bank statement and confirmation of my bank account to stop that theory.
Today is D-DAY for my business if I am not paid today I have to close my doors...........
Still waiting for my payment..........still waiting for my payout documents for the last 2 weeks.

I am beyond stressed out just gat the same messages..................wait. how will staff feel if they are not paid at b.com? I am giving them till tomorrow at 12. If no money is received then I will have no choice other than to reconsider...... Not being able to speak to someone in charge or finances is so frustrating. you walk into a wall as customer agents don't have the answers we need. What worries me is that I am now not even getting my payout list since last week. Thank Goodness I have a backup system with everything saved. I have all clients who stayed and all clients still to stay details. Can a manager on b.com please address our concerns
The 6th and 13th of October are received now. waiting for last week's payout now. this is hurting my business. It feels like we as hosts are not important or looked after when it comes to our money as well as reviews. I am very sad as I promoted booking.com 100% to new hosts and guests.
