To reset the password for your Booking.com extranet account:
- Click on ‘Go to Extranet’ in the top right-hand corner of this page.
- Click on ‘Forgot your password?’, where you can enter your login name and click ‘Create new password’ to reset it.
If you’ve been locked out of your account after five failed attempts, you can still click on ‘Forgot your password?’ and follow the steps above. A pop-up message will appear asking you to confirm your email address. Click ‘Yes, create my password’ and you’ll receive a link via email to reset it.
