My property was auto-closed but I've now paid my invoice: what happens next?

If you were auto-closed due to an unpaid invoice, please send us payment as quickly as possible, so that customers can book your property on the site again.

Once we receive payment, your property will automatically return to being open/bookable, so there’s no need to contact us.

The process can take longer depending on your bank and we’ll let you know once your property has changed status.
