If you need to change your property’s address, this can easily be done by sending us a message. Just follow the steps below:
- Go to your extranet 'Inbox' tab and select ‘Booking.com messages’.
- Click on ‘Compose new message’ and choose ‘Property details’ as the topic.
- Include your new address and the reason for the change*. Your request will be reviewed by our team and the change will be updated in the system.
- We’ll contact you within 2-5 days to let you know the change has been completed.
*Note: Depending on the reason for the address change, you may need to send us a copy of a utility bill – gas, electricity, water, sewage, phone or municipal taxes – as proof. You can easily attach this as a file while composing your message.
Remember: It’s important that we know about any address change as soon as possible. This will help us to avoid showing incorrect information on your property page and on guests’ booking confirmations.
