- Make sure you have the correct email address listed in your contact details, and remember to turn on email notifications. Click on the ‘Account’ icon in your extranet to update these settings.
- In your extranet or in the Pulse app, create quick-reply templates for the most common guest requests and questions. This will save you time by helping you to respond faster.
- Check and reply to your messages throughout the day and if possible, during evenings and weekends.
