How do I create the same room set-up on Booking.com as on my channel manager?

Firstly, it’s easy to create a new room or rate set-up in your Booking.com extranet. To do so, just follow the steps in these articles:

How do I add a new room or unit to my page?
How can I add a rate to one or more room types?

Then, once you’ve created a new set-up, you need to ‘map’ the new rooms or rates to your channel manager. This will connect the two systems so that all information is identical on both*.

Finally, add availability for the new rooms or rates using your channel manager, and the same dates will be made available to sell on Booking.com.

*Most channel managers automatically map all rooms that are newly added to the Booking.com extranet. Check with your provider if this applies to the channel manager that you use.

If your provider supports an option to map rooms yourself, please follow their specific instructions.
