I use a channel manager but I'm not receiving emails about reservations. What should I do?

We will email you with reservation details if the provider fails to retrieve the information. If this is happening regularly, please contact your provider to resolve this.

At any point after booking, you can always check all reservation details in your Booking.com extranet (in the ‘Reservations’ tab).
