I recently set up a Genius rate but I'm not receiving email notifications. What should I do?

It’s best to first check that these reservations are indeed all genius rates.

It may be the case that a reservation hasn’t come through from your channel manager provider. If this is the case, please contact them directly.

If this is a recurring issue, please contact the Booking.com Connectivity team via your extranet inbox, so that they can check your settings.
