Logging on to the extranet from a new device

If you’re logging on to the Booking.com extranet from a new device, you’ll be asked to verify your details.

Choose one of the following options:

  • Phone call: select this option to get a call with a six-digit code
  • Text message: you’ll receive a six-digit code by SMS.
  • Pulse verification code: log in to the Pulse app and retrieve your PIN from the ‘More’ page.  

These codes will allow to you to log on to the Booking.com extranet again.
