Does Booking.com have access to the messages I send to guests?

We store all communication sent via Booking.com and we can access this if you or the guest requests it. If strictly necessary, for security or legal reasons such as fraud detection and prevention, we will also be able to access this information.

Booking.com isn’t responsible for content sent by partners or by guests but if you feel any communication is inappropriate, suspicious or contains spam, please report this to us by clicking on the link at the end of the guest’s message.

We may analyse communication in order to improve this service. Please be aware that by making use of the communication feature, including communications via alias email addresses, all messages will be stored and may be accessed by Booking.com.
