How can I report a technical problem with the Booking.com website, apps or extranet?

If you’re experiencing any problems, let us know via the ‘Inbox’ tab:

1. Click on ‘Compose new message’ and select the relevant subject from the drop-down menu, or ‘General enquiries’.

2. Click ‘Send message’ once you’ve detailed the problem you encountered. A member of our team will get back to you as soon as possible.
