How can I add restrictions to the rates on my page?

You’ll be able to change your restrictions using one of the two methods listed below.

If you have a calendar showing 30 days at once, depending on your property type either one or both of the following options will be available:

Minimum stay

You can choose the minimum length of stay that the guest will have by following these steps:

1. Under the ‘Rates & Availability’ tab, click on ‘Calendar’ (or the relevant room name).

2. Click on a date (or dates).

3. Click on the drop-down menu under ‘Minimum length of stay’ on the right-hand side of the screen.

4. Choose the relevant number of nights.

5. Click ‘Save changes’ when you’re done.

Minimum advance booking

You can also specify how far in advance you’d like the customer to book by following these steps:

1. Under the ‘Rates & Availability’ tab, click on ‘Calendar’ (or the relevant room name).

2. Click on a date (or dates).

3. Click on the drop-down menu under ‘Minimum advance reservation’ on the right-hand side of the screen.

4. Choose the relevant number of nights or hours from the drop-down menu once you’ve ticked ‘Should be booked at least (X) before midnight on the day of check-in’.

For other calendar types, follow these steps to add restrictions:

1. Under the ‘Rates & Availability’ tab, click on 'Calendar'.

2. Under the relevant room, click on the arrow next to the rate you wish to add the restriction to and all available restriction options will appear.

3. You can set each restriction by filling in a value in the white box. Once you click on another part of the page, this will save automatically.

Tip:

You can set restrictions for a longer period by clicking 'Edit' next to the restriction name.

Once you’ve completed the relevant information, click on ‘Save changes’.
