It’s easy to let us know about a no-show. Just take a look at the steps below:
- Click on the Reservations tab in the Extranet and select the number of a specific reservation.
- Click Mark as a no show on the right-hand side of the page. This will be saved as a cancellation.
- You and the guest will receive a confirmation email.
Important: You should always let us know about any no-shows, so that you’re not charged commission for these bookings.
