Do I need to pay commission in the case of a no-show?

In the case of a no-show, you won’t need to pay commission. Just make sure these reservations are marked correctly in the system by following these steps:

1. Click on the Reservations tab in the Extranet and click on the number of a specific reservation.

2. Select Mark as a no show on the right-hand side of the page. This will be saved as a cancellation. You and the guest will receive a confirmation email.
