You can access your messages from your ‘Inbox’ tab or your ‘Reservations’ tab, both in the Booking.com extranet and the Pulse app.
Here’s how to find your messages in your ‘Reservations’ tab:
- Go to the ‘Reservations’ tab.
- Select date filters to help you find the booking.
- Click on the guest’s name or booking number for a specific reservation, and then go to ‘Conversation with guest’.
Alternatively, you can find messages in your ‘Inbox’ tab.
- Go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
- Select ‘Guest messages’ and enter the guest’s name or booking number in the search box.
You can also manage your communication with guests via the Pulse app.
