Where can I see messages sent between my property and the guest?

You can view all communication between the guest and your property in the Extranet:

1. Click on the ‘Reservations tab in the Extranet and select date filters to help you find the booking.

2. Click on the the guest’s name (or on the ‘Reference number’) and you’ll be able to see all messages under ‘Guest communication’.
