Can I add restrictions to my rates on Booking.com?

Do you want to set special conditions for bookings?

Our system lets you apply two types of restrictions:

Minimum stay

You can choose the minimum length of stay that the guest will have. Options include two, three, or seven nights.

You can adjust this in the ‘Rates & Availability’ tab by following these steps:

1. Select the room and click on a date (or dates) in the calendar.

2. Click ‘Adjust minimum stay’ on the right-hand side of the screen.

3. Choose the relevant number of nights from the drop-down menu once you’ve ticked ‘Minimum stay is (X) nights’.

4. Click ‘Save changes’ when you’re done.

Advance booking

You can also specify how far in advance you’d like the customer to book. This can be one of the following:

- 6 hours
- 12 hours
- 1 day
- 2 days

You can adjust this in the ‘Rates & Availability’ tab by following these steps:

1. Select the room and click on a date (or dates) in the calendar.

2. Click ‘Adjust advance reservation’ on the right-hand side of the screen.

3. Choose the relevant number of nights or hours from the drop-down menu once you’ve ticked ‘Should be booked at least (X) before midnight on the day of check-in’.

4. Click ‘Save changes’ when you’re done.
