Have your forgotten your log-in name?
If you have one property, your login name is your property ID number. If you have forgotten your property ID, please get in touch with your local support team, who will be able to retrieve this information for you.
For multiple property partners, your login name is your group name, unless otherwise noted in correspondence from Booking.com. If possible, please have your property ID number ready when you contact your local support team.
Are you having problems logging in?
