How do I log on to the Extranet?

How to log on:

    1. Go to the extranet
    2. Enter your log-in name and password
    3. Select your language and log on

Have your forgotten your log-in name?

If you have one property, your login name is your property ID number. If you have forgotten your property ID, please get in touch with your local support team, who will be able to retrieve this information for you.

For multiple property partners, your login name is your group name, unless otherwise noted in correspondence from If possible, please have your property ID number ready when you contact your local support team.

Are you having problems logging in?

Resetting your password:

Click on ‘Forgot your password?’, where you can enter your login name and select ‘Create new password’ to reset it.

If you’ve been locked out of your account after five failed attempts, you can still click on ‘Forgot your password?’ and follow the steps above. A pop-up message will appear asking you to confirm your email address. Click ‘Yes, create my password’ and you’ll receive a link via email to reset it.

How to log on to the extranet:

If you’re a first-time user, contact your local team to create a log-in name.

If you’ve recently signed up to and you’re experiencing trouble logging in, contact your local team who will be happy to help.

After your log-in has been created, you’ll get an email with a link, so that you can reset your password. Click on the link and follow the instructions provided.

Passwords should be at least eight characters long, using both numbers and letters. Remember that they’re case sensitive.

Once your password has been reset, the next step is to verify your device. The email sent to you will include instructions on how to do this.

Alternatively, you can call your local team to do this over the phone.

Benefits of using the extranet

Once you log on to the extranet, you’ll have access to all the information displayed on your page, including prices, rooms and rates, photos, texts and reviews.

You’ll also see a record of past and upcoming reservations, options for setting up deals and improving your sales, as well as useful figures showing customer satisfaction with your property.
