Do you need to provide the guest with special check-in information?
If you don’t have a reception, or you need to make sure the guest has certain details, you can add this to ‘The fine print’ section of your page. Just follow the steps below:
- Go to the 'Property' tab in the extranet and select 'Request changes to your description' then scroll down to 'The fine print'.
- You can send the guest a message by clicking on the ‘Reservations’ tab in the extranet and clicking on their name or reservation number. You’ll see a box under ‘Guest communication’ where you can message them. You could also give them a call.
It’s best to get in touch with the guest as quickly as you can. Closer to check-in, they may be travelling and have limited access to their emails and phone.
