I need to provide the guest with check-in information. How can I do this?

If you don’t have a reception, or need to provide the guest with special check-in information, you can add this to ‘The fine print’ section of your page. Just send us a text change request via the ‘Inbox’ tab in the extranet.

You can send the guest a message by clicking on the ‘Reservations’ tab‘ in the extranet and the ‘More details’ option. You could also give them a call.

It’s best to get in touch with the guest as quickly as you can. Closer to check-in, they may be travelling and have limited access to their emails and phone.
