If you need to close your property due to illness, renovation or other unforeseen circumstances, here’s what you need to do:
- Contact our support team using either the extranet ‘Inbox’ or the ‘More’ tab on the Pulse app.
- Let the team know the dates and reservations (numbers and guest names) that will be affected. Our team will work with you to find the best solution for the situation.
