Why should I offer free WiFi?

We’re constantly researching what customers look for when searching online and have discovered that certain property features really help to boost bookings.

Free WiFi is increasingly expected by guests and we’ve noticed this is a key factor in deciding where to stay.

Do you want to add free WiFi to your property’s page?

To activate this, visit the Opportunity Centre, find the opportunity and click on ‘Take action’.

Go to Opportunity Centre


If you don’t see this option in your Opportunity Centre, just follow the steps below:

1. Log on to the Booking.com Extranet and select the ‘Property details’ tab. Click on 'Facilities & services'.

2. In the ‘Internet’ section, choose the relevant options in the drop-down menu.

3. Remember to click ‘Save’ at the bottom of the page.
