Once your property is signed up to Booking.com, you tell us what you have available to rent out, and on which days. As soon as that information is in the system, and after some quick checks on our side, your property becomes bookable on the website.
When a customer makes a booking, you’ll get an email confirmation. You don’t need to take any action – the booking is already confirmed.
Then, the guest stays with you and pays you directly.
Each month, we’ll send you an invoice. With a commission-based model, Booking.com takes a set percentage of each booking (when guests actually stay). The monthly invoice shows all the bookings you’ve had in that month, letting you know how much is owed. You’ll only need to make one payment per month to Booking.com.
