where to enter the verification code i received through the post

    Hi there!

    Thanks for the post and congrats!

    Are you on the extranet and are you logged on? You need to log on" https://admin.booking.com/ and sign in. Then you go to the home page to enter it. It will be in a little block on the left top side.

    I am now struggling to find where to add the verification code. I have combed through the site but cannot find where to add it. I can't see a box as you describe. thanks ! Jillian

    Hi there,

    Okay, so you confirm you are Logged in? You are on the right website? 

    Your property ID nr should be at the top with the name, there should be tabs below that like Rates and Availability, Property etc. 

    On the Home tab, there will be a little block where you can put the code in.

    Hi There,

    Do I need to use a special Browser to insert the verification code I recieved on the post?

    I am using Chrome and in my Home tab I cannot find any little block where to put the code in.

    I have the same problem, I can not find any little block to put the code in.

    How is it possible that this is so complicated?

    Please help, as I have already wasted a lot of time looking for it.

    Hi guys,

    So you should be able to do it on any browser, I use Chrome and it worked just fine. 

    Are you all sure you are on the Admin website? https://admin.booking.com

    You should log in there, not on www.booking.com. 

    Maybe they moved the block in the meanwhile but I have one property pending and it looks like this:

    Hi there, I also have my verification code by mail and cannot see where to enter the code.  What is see under the Home  is "In compliance with the regulatory requirements of your country, we need some more information to verify your account. Please enter it on the Security page. For more information, visit the Partner Help Center" even though I already have the verification code.

    I am stuck here not knowing what to do :(

    Hi Vineyard ,

    Oh boy, okay. Well the Security thing is for everyone, I have a message like the pending on all my properties which I really need to get time to do. But that has little to do with the Verification of your property.

    Would you mind taking a screenshot of your Home page for us? That's the only place I know of where the block is.

    Perhaps check under Rates and Availability - Calendar and see if there is a message that sounds "You are not live yet for your security", then it means you definitely still need to type in the code.

    Hey everyone,

    I talked to a help desk today and they suggested that it might not be necessary to enter the code - which might be why there is no box to enter it into?  What happens if you just continue with the process, ignoring the code?

    Heya,

    As far as I know, then there will be a button on the top of the page which will say "go live". 

    Perhaps they changed tihs process some but I don't know what's up with the struggle you all are experiencing. 

    Msalustio , send us a screenshot of your home page... let's see if there is something we can spot to help.

    My address is only Gumdi Dhading Nepal but how this Gumbung come in my location.

    please change property Name/Destination not Gumbung it is Osho Venuban Dhading,Nepal .
