Client not sure if they going to turn up

Hi All ,

Am very new to this so please pardon my ignorance. I have 2 bookings , both of which fall during the festive period and both of which have been blocked on other sites that i use eg Airbnb. The problem is the clients are not sure if they are going to stay at my property and i have requests from friends for similar dates. In addition anyone else that might be keen will find the property unavailable on booking.com and airbnb.

Please advise as i dont want to loose out on the income especially over December holidays
