Hello, I have a question in regard to the review reply as some review always shown "Your response is awaiting approval. View your response" in this case how can we solve this?

  Dear Rose,

   

  There is nothing that you can do, just need to wait until Booking.com approve your reply comment.

  Thank you for your kind answer. Yes it is reviewed but we have had several replies which pending long time. Now I remove and redo again.

  In that case it may be not approved.
