getting guests to leave a review
I am a new bed and breakfast owner and also new to Booking.com. We have been open for 2 months now and have only received one review , luckily a very good one. All our guests leave happy and satisfied and I discreetly remind them to leave a review but so far its not working. Who has good tips for me to encourage our guests to leave a review??? Also can booking send them another email reminder???

Why don't you send email to them asking to write review? Mention that you will do the same for them :)
