NO PAYMENT FROM BOOKING.COM in THREE MONTHS
I dont understand how I have had 5 bookings with booking.com over the past 4 months and no payments have been received. All my Airbnb payments are sent a day after the guest checks in. I spoke with a really helpful consultant at booking.com earlier who told me that they hadn't actually collected the money yet from 4 of the guests that had stayed .. in feb and march (its now April)
HOW CAN A GUEST STAY and money has not actually been collected by booking.com ?? This seems ludicrous to me??
I have 4 invoices for amounts that I am meant to pay and not one payment has been received im owed over $2000 ... has anyone else had this problem ?
Is there a way to ensure that payments have been collected before your guest stays?
Or is this just booking.com protocol?
