No payment received for booking.com

i received invoice of reservation and comission  from booking.com but no payment release from them after collecting payment from guest online. how that happen? airbnb release there payment after check in from guest in the next day.. waiting for 2weeks but no payment received from booking.com. Such a SCAM!!!!
