Unfortunately we haven't had a very good run hosting Genius guests. We have had more problems than it was worth. We found this program seemed to attract guests that didn't have the money when booking and then cancelled within the 7 days prior leaving us without a booking for their dates, another that was intimidating and complaining trying to get what ever they can out of us ie discount or free holiday. Is it true for a guest to qualify to be a Genius guest they only have to have had one booking with Booking.com in a 2 year period? It has been the genius guests that has been the most damaging to our feed back score. Booking.com needs to introduce feed back and a score rating for all guests.
