How to modify a booking - change room
Hello, we have a guest booked in an upstairs room for a week, but she's going to be working late, arriving back after midnight therefore I'd like to move her to a downstairs room so minimise the potential noise. How do I do this on the Booking.com website?
I can obviously change it from our end, but the booking is for 12 months time, so I'd like the room she currently has booked to be made available on the site.

Contact BdC support but likely you will have to cancel the booking and rebook it or simply mark it as unavailable is alternative.
Also simply state the quiet hours as posters would be a simpler solution and in your auto message templates, and Fine print section.
