If you will call them and probably pop-up on someone different, they will confirm that approval was automatically done. That's what I did - called 3 times and 3 times different answers
Pascale, I have the same answer from B.C. We found out that they act against our official agreement. The question what we can do about it? I saw the other forum here. People have cases like mine and they want to open the case against B.C. because there is nothing else left to do.
I tried that few years ago when booking.com delayed my payment for 20 days!! There are worse cases..so no response. I think only way to open court case

That happened to me today. It was reservation for July under non-refundable conditions. Booking cancel it for FREE without asking me. What the hec?
